The mission of THE ADOPTION FIRST FOUNDATION is twofold:
  1. To encourcage couples to consider adoption during the early phases of family planning;
  2. Once the adoption decision has been made, to encourage families to adopt children from "the system" - American kids, in your own backyard, who no longer have the love and care of an immediate family; and who are now in the care of your state social services system.
